Welcome to Fitness AI MTL. These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) outline the rules and guidelines for use of our services—whether through our website, mobile app, or in-person facility. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these T&C.

These terms are designed to set clear expectations between Fitness AI MTL (“we”, “us”, “our”) and our users and clients (“you”, “your”), and to protect your rights as well as ours.

What Our T&C Cover

Our T&C may include—but are not limited to—the following:

• Who can access our services: Clients must be 18+ or have parental consent.

• Payments & renewals: Memberships auto-renew monthly unless cancelled ahead of time.

• Cancellations & refunds: Refunds are not issued once a training cycle or assessment has begun. Cancellation policies vary per service tier.

• Modifications: We reserve the right to change, upgrade, or discontinue services at any time.

• Facility use & conduct: Members are expected to use our facilities respectfully and responsibly.

• Use of data: Your training and biometric data collected through Technogym bio-strength technology will be stored securely and used only to personalize your training experience. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

• Intellectual property: All branding, content, and AI systems are the property of Fitness AI MTL and Technogym and may not be reproduced without permission.

• Account suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships due to misuse, non-payment, or violation of terms.
